In June of 2021 The CAFÉ TA Center hosted a learning community that explored the topic of personal money management for peers and mental health consumers. Participants learned from each other about how to overcome challenges related to personal finance that can be exacerbated by their lived experience.
This learning community further explored some of the issues and topics that were brought up in CAFÉ TAC’s previously held webinar, “A Foundation for Your Finances: A Review of the Basic Building Blocks of Personal Financial Sustainability for Peers and Consumers.” You can view a recording of that webinar here.
This learning community examined about how peers manage their money, what challenges they face, and how they can overcome those challenges. Participants were invited to share their own experiences, and those of your peers, and to share questions and insights with each other.
Recordings of all four sessions in the learning community series are now available.
