Join a Learning Community on Personal Money Management

The CAFÉ TA Center invites you to participate in a learning community that will explore the topic of personal money management for peers and mental health consumers. Participants will learn from each other about how to overcome challenges related to personal finance that can be exacerbated by their lived experience.

This learning community will further explore some of the issues and topics that were brought up in CAFÉ TAC’s previously held webinar, “A Foundation for Your Finances: A Review of the Basic Building Blocks of Personal Financial Sustainability for Peers and Consumers.” You can view a recording of that webinar here.

Whether or not you attended that webinar, everyone is welcome to join in the learning community forum!

This learning community will be about how peers manage their money, what challenges they face, and how they can overcome those challenges. You are invited to share your own experiences, or those of your peers, and to share your questions and insights with each other. You are not alone in your money challenges, and together we can learn from each other and find strategies and solutions as we see where the discussions lead us.

Each facilitated meeting will last about 90 minutes, with a meeting every week beginning on Tuesday, June 1st at 1:00 PM ET. To create a sense of connection and allow for conversation, the learning community will be limited to 25 participants.
