This series is designed to help bring people with mental health conditions into the workforce more smoothly by discussing real-life workplace scenarios related to mental health. It will include four webinars, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes, where we’ll break down key ideas, demonstrate them through role-playing, and have open Q&A sessions. Participants will also get to share and talk about their own experiences.

Each webinar will come with a one-page guide that sums up the key points. The content will build on scenarios from previous CAFÉ TAC publications, with room to dive into new, relevant topics.

The publications we’ll reference include:

  1. Creating a Culture of Understanding
  2. Facilitating Peer Connection
  3. Dealing with Disclosure
  4. First Seek to Understand

The goal is to give you practical tools and strategies to better support mental health in the workplace either as an employee or employer.

As the series goes along, we will add recordings of each meeting here:

  1. September 18, Creating a Culture of Understanding
  2. October 2, Facilitating Peer Connection
  3. October 9, Dealing with Disclosure
  4. October 16, First Seek to Understand

You can join the series at any time!
