This interactive series, facilitated by peer leader Elise Padilla from Rebel Leadership Group, will empower participants to develop their leadership and community engagement skills, with tools for leadership, collaboration, and sustainability.
Together we’ll explore community building, ethics and cultural humility, self-care in leadership, and coalition building—creating a space for learning, connection, and peer-to-peer support that strengthens the recovery movement from the ground up.

Building Peer Communities & Mutual Aid Ecosystems – Wednesday, November 12th – Join us to explore how peer support workers and small organizations can create strong, sustainable communities. This session highlights practical strategies for building mutual aid networks, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring every voice is valued in the recovery ecosystem.
Ethics and Cultural Humility in Peer Work – Wednesday, November 19th – Ground your leadership in integrity and respect. In this interactive webinar, we’ll dive into the role of ethics and cultural humility in peer support, exploring tools and real-world examples to help peers and organizations honor diversity, accessibility, and community care.
Sustainable Leadership & Self-Care – Wednesday, December 3rd – Leadership starts with self-care. This session will guide participants through practices and frameworks for balancing responsibility with resilience. Discover strategies to prevent burnout, foster authentic leadership, and cultivate practices that sustain you and your community.
Coalition Building for Small Recovery Orgs – Wednesday, December 10th – Stronger together: this session focuses on coalition building as a tool for small recovery organizations. Learn how to form powerful partnerships, share resources, and amplify your voice through collective action, ensuring long-term impact for peer-led recovery.
